At the heart of RAKAE is founder head chef, Kakae with over 12 years of hands-on culinary experience — from Amò to 800° Woodfired Kitchen and Surrey Hills Grocer. Every dish is created with passion, creativity, and respect for honest cooking. Rae, as co-founder and partner, grounds the brand with warmth and purpose, ensuring it’s not just about food, but about belonging.

From the first crackle of the fire to the last bite of crust, it all lies our sourdough — slow-fermented, wood-fired with apple & lychee wood, delivering smoky aroma, airy crust, and chewy bite. More than just pizza, it’s a celebration of joy, connection, and moments worth remembering.
